Your dog's data is yours.

Pupgrade helps you train your dog with positive reinforcement. We collect only what we need to do that, we are upfront about the AI we use, and we never sell your data or your dog's data. Full stop.
1. Who we are
Pupgrade is a product of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers pupgrade.app, pupgrade.dog, and the Pupgrade apps. If you have questions, see our Terms of Service or the Contact section below.
2. What we collect

3. How AI coaching handles your data
Pupgrade has optional AI features: a training assistant and feedback on a training clip you choose to share. When you use them, the relevant text (your question or note, your dog's basic context) and, where you have shared one, a single still image frame are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) to produce the coaching. We send only what is needed for that request. Per Anthropic's API terms, content sent through the API is not used to train their models. AI clip feedback is opt-in to the level of critique you prefer, and you control it in your settings.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run Pupgrade. We share only what each needs to do its job:
- Supabase — secure account, dog profile, and training data storage.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and media storage.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Anthropic — the AI coaching features described above.
- Resend — transactional and account email (receipts, resets, notices).
We do not sell your personal data or your dog's data, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not sell training data. We make money from subscriptions and one-time purchases. That is the whole model.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account, dog profiles, and training data for as long as your account is active, so your progress is there when you come back. Short-lived technical data (such as usage counts) expires automatically. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, and deleting your account ends access and removes your data.
6. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export the data you have given us.
To make any of these requests, contact us (see below). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California). We honor those rights for everyone.
7. Age
Pupgrade is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and the Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences and your work in the app. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use of Pupgrade after a change means you accept the updated policy.
